Dr. Gina Maccarone is a fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon offering a full range of procedures for the face, breast, and body. She holds triple board certifications in general surgery, surgical critical care, and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Maccarone has always had a passion for both art and science. Her love of science brought her through medical school and surgical training, while her joy in art has led her to pursue cosmetic surgery. Dr. Maccarone truly enjoys helping patients be able to present their best selves. Her main goal with every patient is to build confidence by enhancing features instead of radically changing them. Dr. Maccarone helps her patients showcase their best selves through meticulous surgical techniques and exceptional outcomes.
Crista Osterhage
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Crista is a Dayton native and received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from Ohio University. After years of working in the cardiac ICU and travel nursing, she knew she wanted to combine innovation, science and leadership with beauty. Crista fulfilled her dream of becoming a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. She states "my passion lies in providing self confidence and empowerment to the community she has called home." When she is not at Golden Aesthetics you can find her traveling, wakeboarding and snowboarding with her husband and Bernese Mountain Dog, Knox.
Mickey Oehler
Registered Nurse Injector
Mickey has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and has worked in the cosmetic surgery field for the past 14 years . Mickey was a pre-op PACU nurse for many years while simultaneously pursuing her passion in the field of Aesthetics as an injector. Mickey Loves helping her clients achieve thier goals and has a deep understanding for anti-aging services such as Dermal Fillers and Cosmetic Threads. Mickey and her husband Greg have been married for 18 years and have 2 children, Ian 13 and Emma 10. They live in Fayetteville and enjoy traveling, sports and family time.
Tiffany Howard

Tiffany has been a dedicated registered nurse since 2011, bringing over a decade of medical expertise to our practice. Since 2018, Tiffany has specialized in the field of cosmetic surgery, where she has developed a passion for aesthetic injections and advanced skin care treatments.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to enhancing her patients' natural beauty, Tiffany's approach combines medical precision with artistic finesse. Her specialties in skin care and aesthetic injections have made her a sought-after professional in the industry.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is a proud mother of two sons, aged 8 and 18. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and diving into mystery novels in her spare time. A basketball enthusiast and a loyal University of Dayton (UD) fan, Tiffany loves to catch a game whenever she can.

With over 16 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a busy emergency trauma center, Rachel brings a wealth of medical knowledge, precision, and compassionate care to the world of aesthetics. Inspired by her love for all things beauty, Rachel made the switch to the med spa industry to help others look and feel their best. She is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin goals—helping them achieve their most confident, radiant complexion.
As both a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician, she combines her medical expertise with her passion for beauty and skin health to deliver results-driven, safe, effective, and transformative treatments. Rachel specializes in custom facials, chemical peels, waxing, and brow and lash treatments, creating individualized plans to help each client achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin. Her goal is to blend the science of skincare with the art of aesthetics—providing a professional, welcoming experience that enhances natural beauty and confidence.
