At Golden Aesthetics MedSpa, our priority is delivering a luxury experience with outstanding care. To ensure we can best serve every client and honor each appointment, we kindly ask that you review and acknowledge our policies prior to booking.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposits is required at the time of booking:

Deposits will be applied to the cost of your service and are non-transferable between patients.

Our Commitment to Your Time

At Golden Aesthetics MedSpa, your experience means everything to us. Every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you, and we want to ensure each client receives the time and attention they deserve.

✨ To help us serve you best, we kindly ask:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service, so we don’t impact the next guest’s experience.

  • We’ll send you friendly email and text reminders to help keep your visit top of mind.
